"I need to retract my review since Trustpilot isn't linked to Sovereign Cruise Club, and I regret the mistake."
They just don’t get how crucial it is to pay attention to what clients ask for when it comes to marketing and brochures. When I booked, I was assured there would be no mail sent to my home address, so they’ve clearly gone against guv.uk rules about respecting client preferences on address usage. We’ve cruised with Sovereign Cruise Club multiple times, but honestly, they’ve lost my business now, and I won’t be making any more bookings with them.

"A Bit of a Rollercoaster with This Company"
Our experience with this company has been a bit of a mixed bag. We arranged our honeymoon at The Blue Palace in Crete, and the folks at Sovereign were super helpful.

On the flip side, we booked the Amavi in Paphos, and Sovereign really dropped the ball by misrepresenting the hotel and its beach. They showed us a computer-generated image of the beach that looked nothing like the real deal. I can't really give a review of our stay at Amavi since they made me sign a waiver against it, but Sovereign completely washed their hands of the situation and didn’t help at all when I raised a complaint. It feels like they’re all about taking your cash, but once you’ve paid, they just don’t seem to care.

Because of our last experience and their lack of concern when things went south, we won’t be using Sovereign again.

"Holiday in Two Days - Frustrations with Communication"
I’m heading off on vacation in just two days. Can’t seem to get any holiday details from them. Spent another 35 minutes on hold and now I’ve got to leave for a ‘call back when someone’s free’. I’ve got work too, you know? I might miss their call when they finally get around to it. There’s a real lack of communication between Sovereign and Tui. Sovereign tells me I need to reach out to Tui for flight info, while Tui insists it’s Sovereign I should be contacting. All we want are our travel documents, including the boarding passes for our return trip. This is really poor service. We’ve been loyal customers of Sovereign before, but now I’m not so sure we can count on them moving forward.

I just secured a vacation to Croatia and was super impressed with how quickly my call was answered and the way Cassie managed our booking. I'm really excited about our upcoming trip and feel like we're in good hands. After being let down by Tui in recent years, I'm really hoping Sovereign will be our new favorite for holidays.

"Frustration with House Exchange Process"
I applied for a house swap at the start of May, but the woman backed out. I had everything ready to go! Luckily, I found another exchange in early June and submitted our forms. However, it seems I have to wait just as long. Both the other lady and I need to relocate for serious reasons—mine is health-related, and hers is due to a violent ex. We're both tenants with Sovereign, yet no one gets back to us with any updates, even after I sent two personal letters. The customer service is absolutely awful! How long does it take to facilitate a move when we’re both tenants? I’m really disgusted; they’re supposed to care about their tenants' well-being.

Romina, our expert guide, was super helpful in tracking down the vacation we were after, which definitely wasn’t just a cookie-cutter option from their system. She kept at it, finding solutions to different flight, hotel, and tech issues, all while staying cheerful and upbeat.

"Top-notch service despite holiday cancellations..."
We had a trip planned for June 20, but it got canceled. Then we tried for September, and that one fell through too. Now, we've rebooked for June 21. The support from Sovereign during these tough times has been outstanding. We had already paid in full for the September trip, and our refund came back in under two weeks. The new reservation was handled just as smoothly as always, which is why we've been sticking with them for years.

The crew was incredibly friendly and accommodating while handling our vacation changes and cancellation. Super polite and genuine service. This is the second time we've had a great experience with Sovereign during our holidays!

I had a positive experience with Linda...she took the time to help me find the right package, dates, and the best deal. Even though I hadn't used or heard of Sovereign Holidays prior, I felt reassured knowing they are connected to Hayes and Jarvis. Definitely recommend!

"Delivery Experience with Sovereign Transport"
Yesterday, I received a delivery from Victorian Plumbing via Sovereign Transport Liverpool. The delivery driver was incredibly rude. My husband, who has significant disabilities, needed assistance, but the driver just left the package behind our car. I tried to explain the situation, but he wouldn’t budge even a meter to help me out with a simple toilet. He claimed it was against company policy to step over three flagstones. I really think Sovereign Transport Liverpool ought to retrain their drivers to be more accommodating. At one point, he even threatened to take the delivery back. Why on earth would he do that? Absolutely appalling service.

"Steer Clear of This Bunch"
Steer clear of this bunch - it took us ages to get our cash back. Had to threaten the CEO with legal action in the end, which finally worked - but it still took another three weeks to see our money again. Never gonna shop with them again.

"No Refund for Canceled Trip Until 2021"
Sovereign called off our family trip to Greece that was supposed to happen in May on April 21st, 2020. They’re not giving back any cash until January 31st, 2021, even after we’ve asked multiple times to have a reasonable conversation about it. This seems to be a standard practice for them, affecting many other unhappy customers too. I’d steer clear and find a travel company that actually follows consumer laws and refunds folks within 14 days or at least is open to a sensible chat.

Not only does Sovereign turn your aspirations into reality, but they also keep every commitment with a sincere grin. Going above and beyond is just how they roll. I wish I could hand out 6 stars, but that wasn’t on the table. Feeling lucky to collaborate with such an amazing team!
